Rarely do I take a class where the instructor has the knowledge, experience and successful track record to provide a highly valuable tool that can be put to immediate use. Nicole is an enthusiastic and passionate teacher, businesswoman, and lawyer who is open to providing the answers on how to be successful. In fact, this appears to be the essence of her business philosophy and the class. She explained the basic elements needed to create a webpage that provides valuable information in my area of expertise(antiques). Then she explained how to structure it to get the most hits. In my class, she was adaptable to teaching the novice (me) as well as the more experienced students. She is not a theorist, but provides actual examples. Her only shortcoming as an instructor is that sometimes she gets carried away with the answer to a question and gets off track.
