No lawyer can or should guarantee the results of a contested case to a potential or current client. Lawyers are famous for saying “It depends”—as well they should be, because a contested legal matter has many variables that can change the result. Very rarely, if ever, does an attorney have enough facts at their disposal upon their meeting with you to guarantee a result.

I can guarantee you, however, that I will explain the pros and cons of your particular situation, and give you examples of likely, possible and unlikely results, and discuss your options with you so that you are informed about your case.
